SCHEDULING

Our decision to proceed with care depends upon the results of your initial intake.  Your initial appointment may take up to 90 minutes and will include at minimum a full history of your presenting complaints and general health status, as well as a physical examination of your neuromusculoskeletal system.  In addition, x-rays will usually be obtained or prior films and/or either diagnostic tests will be reviewed.  We will also need a complete list of your current medications (prescription and over the counter as well as any supplements you may be taking). 

If you are unsure whether to proceed with your initial evaluation, you may come in for a complimentary consultation lasting approximately 20 minutes.  This gives you the opportunity to familiarize yourself with our office, our procedures, raise your concerns or ask specific questions pertaining to your health.
